About the Alcohol Server CERTIFICATION
This Alcohol Server CERTIFICATION Course requires a minimum of 60 minutes of instruction and is designed to provide the food handler with a basic understanding of:
- How Foods Become Unsafe
- Good Personal Hygiene
- Controlling Time and Temperature/Requirements
- Preventing Cross Contamination
- Cleaning and Sanitizing
The course is accredited by the Utah Health and Human Services and includes free audio in your choice of English or Spanish. Once completed, you can immediately download your certificate which is proof to both your employer and Health Inspector that you completed an accredited course. The food handler certification is valid for 3 years.
