About the Food Handler Certification Course
This Texas Food Handler Certification Course requires a minimum of 60 minutes of instruction and is designed to provide the food handler with a basic understanding of:
- How Foods Become Unsafe
- Good Personal Hygiene
- Controlling Time and Temperature/Requirements
- Preventing Cross Contamination
- Cleaning and Sanitizing
