3. Update Details: Your information will automatically populate in the form. However, if any of your information needs updating, such as a new phone number, make the necessary changes before proceeding to the checkout to update your user profile.

Renewal FAQ
How long will the California RBS Certification Training Course take?
Generally, the course will take approximately 2 hours. We don’t have timers and you can login and logout as many times as you’d like. You can simply learn at your own pace.
Is there an Exam for the California RBS Certification Training Course?
Yes, there is a mandatory ABC Alcohol Server Certification Exam which must be taken within 30 days of your course completion. In addition, you must correctly answer 70% of the Exam questions (35 out of 50 questions) in order to pass. You are provided 3 attempts to pass the Exam.
Once I’ve started a course, do I have to finish right away or can I log out?
You can start and stop as many times as you need. Each time you log out, you’ll continue your course exactly where you left off when you log back in. However, you must finish the course within 90 days.
