Once I’ve started a course, do I have to finish right away or can I log out?
You can start and stop as many times as you need. Each time you log out, you’ll continue your course exactly where you left off when you log back in. However, you must finish the course within 90 days.
What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
We guarantee your satisfaction of our Online Courses. If you are not satisfied, you may submit a written request for a refund to support@americancourseacademy.com within 48 hours of starting your Online Course but prior to completing your Online Course and the amount paid by you to us will be fully refunded within 3 business days.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click the Login button in the banner above. Then click Forgot Password? You can then enter your Username and Email Address to get your password emailed to you.
What languages do you provide your courses in?
We provide all of our courses in English and Spanish.
Do you charge extra for audio?
Audio is available in our Texas Food Handler course and is included.
How long do I have to take a course?
Once we have received the course fee, you will have 90 days to complete the course.
Do I have to use the same device the whole time when taking my course online?
No, you can take your course on any device my simply logging into your account.
Oklahoma ABLE Alcohol Seller-Server Training Course FAQ’s
Do I need ABLE certification to serve or sell alcohol in Oklahoma?
Yes. Oklahoma requires ABLE-approved training for owners, agents, managers, license applicants, and anyone involved in the sale or service of alcoholic beverages. The training must be completed before or within 14 days of starting employment. Certification helps meet state licensing requirements, promotes responsible alcohol service, and may be required by employers or local ordinances.
If my city or county has its own rules, do I still need to take ABLE training?
Yes. The ABLE Alcohol Seller-Server Training is recognized statewide. Local rules do not replace the need for certification through an ABLE-approved provider.
Is your Oklahoma ABLE training course approved by the state?
Yes. American Course Academy is a state-approved provider of Oklahoma ABLE Seller-Server Training.
How will I receive my Oklahoma ABLE certificate?
Once you pass the final exam, you can immediately download and print your Oklahoma ABLE Certificate of Completion. You’ll use this certificate to apply for your Employee Alcohol License, which is valid for two (2) years.
How long is the Oklahoma ABLE certification valid?
Your certificate remains valid for 2 years from the date you complete the course and register with the ABLE Commission.
How long will the Oklahoma ABLE training course take?
Most students finish the course in about 2 hours, but it’s completely self-paced and available 24/7.
Is there an exam for the Oklahoma ABLE training course?
Yes. To earn your certificate, you must pass a 25-question exam with a score of 70% or higher (at least 18 correct answers).
What happens if I don’t pass the Oklahoma ABLE final exam?
You’ll have 2 attempts to pass the exam. If you don’t pass after two tries, you’ll need to restart the course from the beginning—but you will not need to pay again.
